MISSION

Forever Hope Agency is a non-for-profit organization whose mission is to provide supportive services for Breast Cancer patients and their families, wellness programs for the elderly, veterans, those with chronic diseases, and youth advocacy initiatives for workforce development and career training.

COMPANY OVERVIEW

In 2009 our co-founder Tracy Crawford was diagnosed with stage 2 Breast Cancer; this was a tragic and frightening experience. She fought to overcome this devastating disease and is now a 5-year survivor and still counting. Granted with a second chance in life, it became her mission to continue to give back to her community.

Along with the support of her family and friends, in 2013 it was decided that the Forever Hope Agency would be established. Our mission is to undertake the human needs of individuals within under served communities by providing:

• Supportive services for breast cancer survivors and their families
• Youth advocacy programs
• Workforce and Career development
• Help for the elderly, veterans, and those with chronic diseases
